FIT LAB STUDIOS BARBELL
Whether you want to learn the fundamentals of the snatch and clean and jerk, or get eyes on your training for your first powerlifting meet, our Barbell Club program is designed to get you strong.
Our team is led by an Advanced Sports Performance Coach (USA Weightlifting Level 2) with extensive experience in Olympic weightlifting. Each class has personalized guidance to help you perfect your technique, increase your strength, and achieve new personal bests, regardless of your experience level.
At FitLab Studios, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive community. Athletes of all levels are welcomed and encouraged by peers and coaches alike. This inclusive environment helps to motivate and inspire our members, creating a unique and enriching experience for everyone.
Barbell classes are Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30pm-8:30pm, and Saturday & Sunday 11am-1pm.
