I come from a dance/yoga background and found Cross Training in January of 2014. It was a way to supplement my half marathon training and yoga routine. I found that I truly enjoyed and kept up with Cross Training long after the half marathon was over. I have my 200 hour yoga teacher certification, my Cross Training Trainer Level 1, and my USAW Level 1 coaches, as a way to support and share a community that I cherish!
