Cross Training classes are constantly varied workouts with a focus on quality instruction in a small group environment. Each class lasts 60 minutes and is structured to include warm-up, specific skill instruction relating to exercise technique and safety, and a strength or gymnastic segment. Classes are highlighted by the high intensity conditioning workout of the day comprised of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and other functional movements.
By focusing on these constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relatively high intensity across broad time domains, you will accomplish a greater workout in less time and reach your fitness goals faster! All workouts can be infinitely scaled to an individual’s level,so it can be performed at the highest intensity while maintaining good form and technique.
