WHAT IS FIT LAB CROSSFIT?

OVERVIEW

CrossFit uses a variety of training modalities to get you into shape quickly. By varying the muscles and movements used, this class allows you to train more frequently and leads to fewer injuries! These longer workouts and increased intensity are scientifically proven to enhance weight loss and decrease body fat while building strength. Get ready to improve your total fitness, regardless of what you are training for with this refreshing physical and mental challenge!

These classes are constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relatively high intensity with different time domains. These workouts are comprised of weightlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, running, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and other functional movements. We ask that everyone complete the free fundamentals class before signing up for this class.
